REFORMULATIONS
If you’re not happy with your customized products within 30 days of ordering, we are happy to reformulate your products for free (shipping is on us). Please email hello@strandshaircare.com with your order number and feedback about your products, and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to complete your return.
REFUNDS
If you’re not happy with your customized products within 30 days of ordering, you can return your products for a full refund. Please email hello@strandshaircare.com with your order number, and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to complete your return. Once we receive and accept your returned products, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have any issues, please contact us at hello@strandshaircare.com.
GIFTS
If you received your products as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned products are received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If your products weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
SHIPPING

Please email hello@strandshaircare.com with your order number and feedback about your products, and we will provide detailed instructions on how to complete your return. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for Strands to receive your returned products and process your return may vary.
