Strands is obsessed about making products that are exactly what you need to achieve healthy beautiful hair. Our unique process allows us to understand the root of your hair issues based on your test results and design your perfect customized hair products.

FOR REFORMULATIONS

If your products do not ever meet your expectations within 30 days of ordering, you can easily reach out to us at hello@strandshaircare.com and our chemists will review your feedback and reformulate your products for free. Because we provide our scents in our test kit to help you select the best scent for your products, we do not offer free reformulations for new scent selections. You will be able to update your new product scent on your next order.

FOR REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with your Strands experience within 30 days of ordering we can offer you a full refund or a free reformulation. Simply email hello@strandshaircare.com with your order number and feedback about your products, and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to complete your return. Once we receive and accept your returned products, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

If you decide to cancel your order after receiving your test report but prior to receiving your shampoo and conditioner, we will refund you for 50% of the order cost.

If you received your products as a gift when purchased, once the returned products are received, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
